After Starting the Course
Once you begin the course, refunds are handled case by case.
After Completion
No refunds are issued after the course is completed or your certificate has been issued, except where required by law.

To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Court Non-Acceptance
If your court does not accept our certificate, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
