By using the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enroll in a course.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to provide accurate enrollment information and meet any requirements that apply to your situation. Course eligibility, acceptance, and requirements vary by court, state, and insurance provider. Before enrolling, confirm with your court or insurance provider that the course you plan to take will be accepted for your ticket, dismissal, or discount. Our Texas course is approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), License #CP2015. We do not claim approval in any other state. You are responsible for confirming that a course meets your court’s or insurer’s requirements.
2. Enrollment and Accounts
When you enroll, you agree to provide accurate information, including your legal name as it should appear on your certificate, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
3. Course Access
Our courses are delivered online and are self-paced. After enrollment, you will receive access instructions to begin the course. Course availability, format, and content may be updated from time to time to keep the material current or to comply with applicable requirements. You may not share your account access or course materials with others, or use the Site or courses for any unlawful purpose.
4. Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course, you may download your certificate. You are responsible for submitting your certificate to your court or insurance provider by any deadline they set and in the format they require. We are not responsible for a court or insurer declining to accept a certificate, but if your court does not accept our certificate, please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Payments and Refunds
Course prices are shown at checkout. By enrolling, you agree to pay the stated price for your course. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy: if you have not started the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Once you begin the course, refunds are handled case by case. No refunds are issued after the course is completed or your certificate has been issued, except where required by law. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. Please review it before enrolling.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute course content without permission, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.

We do not guarantee that a court, insurer, or other authority will accept a course or certificate for a particular ticket, dismissal, or discount, because acceptance depends on that authority’s rules and your individual circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to the Site or a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including fines, penalties, or missed court deadlines that result from a court or insurer not accepting a certificate, or from your failure to submit a certificate on time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your use or enrollment applies. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
